Jaguar Field, located at 4405 Skillman Street, will be available to rent soon! SWS Families may rent the space for soccer practices and games, as well as parties and special events. Jaguar Field consists of a soccer field with artificial turf measuring 60′ x 75′, a covered pavilion and two restrooms. Access to Jaguar Field is through the backyard of Spanish World School – Skillman, and parking is strictly confined to the parking lot at 4411 Skillman Street. Off-street parking is prohibited. Jaguar Field rentals do not include access to SWS – Skillman playgrounds or interior spaces. At this time, Jaguar Field is available only to families in the SWS community.

Jaguar Field Rental Pricing

Field Rental (For Practices & Games) 
  • $50 per hour

Party Rental 

  • Pricing based on levels (see below)
  • 2-hour minimum

Extra guests may be added for additional fee.

Policies & Procedures for Party Rental

Reservation & Payment 
  • A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied to your final balance.
  • Final payment is due the week before the day of your event.
  • A 15% service charge for cleanup/takedown will be added to the total.
Rental Time 
  • Rental includes a 2-hour private party window, including setup and cleanup.
  • Please respect your scheduled time. Additional time may incur extra fees.
Guest Limit
  • The standard party includes up to 25 children and no more than 50 people.
  • Additional guests may require prior approval and may incur an additional fee.
Supervision & Safety 
  • Children must be always supervised
  • Jaguar Field is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Food & Beverages 
  • Outside food and beverages are allowed
  • No alcohol is permitted on the premises.
Decorations & Setup 
  • Basic decorations may be included with party packages. Additional decorations may be brought in with prior approval.
  • No glitter, confetti cannons, glass, or open flames (e.g., candles) allowed 
Clean-Up 
  • Jaguar field staff will handle basic cleanup and takedown.
  • Please remove all personal items and decorations by the end of your rental time.
Parking 
  • Parking is available at 4411 Skillman St. Parking along Woodcrest Lane and neighborhood streets is prohibited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability.

Policies & Procedures for Athletic Field Rental

(including soccer practice & games)

Vacating the Facility
  • All organizations must vacate the facility promptly when the reservation time expires.
Reservation Availability
  • Reservations are made based on availability and must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations 
  • Reservations may not be cancelled less than 24 hours in advance without forfeiting the reservation fee.
Payments 
  • All practice and one-time-only reservations must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods: ACH or CC
Clean-Up Requirements 
  • Facilities must be left completely litter-free.
  • Trash must be placed in proper receptacles. If trash cans are full, trash must be bagged and removed by the organization.
  • A cleaning fee may be assessed if the area is left unclean.
Conduct & Prohibited Items 
  • No alcoholic beverages or disorderly conduct are permitted on the premises.
  • The organization is responsible for the behavior of all participants and spectators.
Parking 
  • Parking is only allowed at 4411 Skillman St. parking lot. Parking along Woodcrest Lane is prohibited. 
  • Parking on the grass, even for loading/unloading, is not allowed.
Liability 
  • Jaguar Field/Spanish World School, LLC, is not responsible for any loss or damage to people or property associated with facility use.
