INFORMATION SESSION SCHEDULE

We are excited that you are interested in Spanish World School. We encourage families to attend our Informational Sessions throughout the year. Individual tours are not available at this time. If you are offered a space at any SWS campus, you will be able to schedule a tour prior to making enrollment decisions.

 

NURSERY & PRESCHOOL:

We have completed all info sessions for the 24 – 25 school year and will offer sessions during the 25 – 26 school year starting in the fall of 2025.

Families must register to attend info sessions.

All Nursery & Preschool Info Sessions last approximately 1 hour. There will be a short campus tour included. Unfortunately, childcare is not provided at the info sessions.

*Please note that the presentations at Skillman & Haskell are not campus-specific. All sessions will cover general information about SWS nursery and preschool programs. Parents are welcome to attend any of the info sessions regardless of their campus preference. 

ELEMENTARY:

We have completed all info session for SWS – Grand for the 24 – 25 school year. Be on the lookout for the next sessions in the Fall of 2025.

All Elementary Info Sessions are held at 7159 E. Grand Ave., last approximately 1.5 hours. There will be short campus tour included. Unfortunately, childcare is not provided at the info sessions.

APPLYING TO SPANISH WORLD SCHOOL

SKILLMAN/HASKELL (Nursery & Preschool)

  • Become familiar with the admission process timeline. The application period for the summer and/or school year is in the preceding February, and new families are notified in March.
  • Complete the online registration form.
  • Once accepted, please pay the enrollment fee and you will receive an email with additional information.
  • If space is not available, you may choose to join the waiting list. Spots on the wait list are confirmed once payment of the wait list fee has been received.
  • Current families will receive priority for admission and must re-enroll each year.

GRAND (Elementary)

  • Become familiar with the admission process timeline. The application period for fall is in the preceding February, and families are notified in March.
  • Complete the online form.
  • Because of our immersion model, students applying to Spanish World Elementary after the 1st grade must demonstrate grade-level proficiency in Spanish and English prior to admittance.
  • Once accepted, please pay the enrollment fee and you will receive an email with additional information.
  • If space is not available, you may choose to join the waiting list.
