2026 - 2027 TUITION

2026–2027 Elementary Tuition Information chart showing Registration on Monday 1/19/26 for new and returning SWS families; Tuition Option 1 at $15,700 with 10 monthly payments of $1,570 with first payment due 6/1 and monthly payments beginning 9/1, or Option 2 at $14,915 as a one-time payment due 6/1; After Care at $400 per month; and Enrollment Fee of $500 for returning Grand Families due 2/2 or $1,000 for new Grand Families due 3/6, with enrollment fees being non-refundable. Tuition includes school supplies, field trips, yearbooks and spirit shirts.

Elementary 2026 – 27 Pricing

  • Registration Fee: Returning Grand Families: $500, New Grand Families: $1,000 (Due at Registration, Non-refundable)
  • Monthly tuition: $1570 (10-month schedule. Includes all fees.)
  • Monthly extended care (8am – 5pm): $400
  • One-time yearly payment $14,915 (Includes 5% discount. Does not include extended care.)

Tuition Schedule

  • Enrollment fees for current families due 2/2/26
  • Enrollment fees for new families due 3/6/26
  • August tuition due 6/1/26. Regular monthly payments will start 9/1/26
  • Annual payments due 6/1/26

Discounts

  • 5% sibling discounts are applied to the lower tuition rate.
  • 5% discount is applied to one-time tuition payments.
  • Discounts may not be combined.

Payment Methods

  • Checks or cash
  • Credit cards (3.5% convenience fee added)
  • Bank ACH online payments ($5 extra fee)

Withdrawals/Refunds

  • Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
  • One-time tuition payments are not refundable once the school year has started.
  • Elementary one-time payments paid on 6/1/26 will be refunded 100% if student withdraws prior to 7/1/26. 80% will be refunded if student withdraws prior to 8/1/26, and 50% if student withdraws between 8/1 – first day of school.
  • Families who pay on a monthly schedule must provide a 30-day notice prior to withdrawing.
